• Guided tour of olive oil mill. Experience olive oil tasting & production techniques during a half day guided tour to a local olive mill. This tour is available during harvest period.

• Undiscovered Etruria Excursion to Viterbo - Tuscania - Bolsena etc. a full day itinerary planned in accord with you

• Casual biking through the hills and roadways of Monti della Tolfa are ideal. We provide bicycles free of charge.
