" Let us welcome you to our home, our country and our traditions.  Dedicated to preserving our rich heritage and traditions through cooking classes, we invite you to join us  in our family country home  Our classes are small, informal and taught in our own kitchen" 

 Our teacher uses traditional family recipes, demonstrating cooking techniques passed down from their mothers and grandmothers ... and cooking doesn’t get better than this! You will learn as they did, hands on...or in the pasta!!!! 

The classes are taught in Italian and are translated into English.

The cook demonstrates to guests with step by step visual and verbal instruction, how to prepare each specialty dish, culminating into a delicious feast of their own making!

          What you will learn to cook : hand made pasta,  fettuccine, lasagne al forno, spaghetti carbonara, pollo o coniglio alla cacciatora, melenzane alla parmigiana, risotti, ragù, pesto al basilico, gnocchi, saltimbocca alla romana, involtini, polpette, upon request fish, minestre di ceci, fagioli e con piselli, pizza al forno a legna, calzoni, how to cook peperoni and all vegetables in season as courgette flowers and many other local recipies during the year  

The produce we use is picked fresh from our organic garden and the organic extra virgin olive oil is our own – Fontana del Papa.
